I'm sitting with about 550K points, purple elan, and still getting my *** kicked the 42 level knights. Just out of curiosity, what are your other stats at?

Melee is just not the way to go in SP.

Pretty balanced overall 30, 27, 19 36, 19, 31, 20 Mundane specifically kept low since previous game had 24 mundane with no (that I could tell) additional benefits. My strategy with this Pooka was to have Strength/Dex/Conf/Tal as balanced as possible and Intel/Prec (which are both the hardest to increase) above 18. I am definately NOT using just Melee - lots of spells are required in rows 7-8, Melee alone would be suicide. I had 2 items I wanted this Pooka to have - 30 armor and 34 staff - I got 1, and since the only increase in points I get now are from my companions which go to confidence, I will not be able to get the other. I think I would have concentrated more on talent had I known beforehand about how scoring works after reaching Purple. One of my main strategies this time around was to use Mantri in addition to Pooka when I set up a long fight, that way Pooka could use a Mundane, Precision or Talent weapon and Mantri still got points for Confidence.

30, 27, 19 36, 19, 31, 20 Try going for precision, instead.

This is all good information as my character is still fairly new. So since my companions will aid my confidence then I should actually work on my precision and talent scores more so than the confidence? At least this is how I'm understanding this.

You need confidence early on simply because you need the STR to have the Health you need to survive. By the time you get to Q2 or Q1, however, you should have begun working on Precision or Talent.

One major problem with precision is.. Lots of rocks I have used and now only few can be pickup again and others are wasted like this.

I had that happen to me also - however if you position yourself against the left wall or in the corner the rocks will stay in the room!!

That picture certainly looks familiar. I had one like that behind the temple, it looked like people were getting ready for a stoning!

My character isn't strong enough to summon a demon yet . The ones I've seen summoned by the Bishops are pretty cool looking.
