;D I finally found some cheese so Pooka could make a "Royal Sandwich" and well..... the cheese went into Mantri's inventory and he must have been really hungry because he ate it in a flash Guess he was tired of berries. What is wrong with him? He has only been on that world for over 800 years, he should know better! Hardly anyone has posted on here today, so thought I would leave my little story of the missing cheese

Yes,I found that the bigger the size of food, greater is the chance to eat.If you want that eat only berries ,right click on berries before hunger time is run out.Just think what you will do if you are in place of Mantri.I think you will try tasty items 1st then berries.

So,You have learned cooking skill and thinks that you can make royal sandwich anytime. No ,for this you will have to backtrack each time to get cheese from single shopkeeper in MW.In my opinion cooking is the waste of valuable skill.Xaa created cooking skill because alpha testers suggested that.If you need tasty food summon food will be better. That is just my opinion, may be some players can get something better with cooking skill.

NARAYAN: OR you can do like my wife did. buy every bit of cheese the merchant has, walk till the shopkeeper is out of the frustrum, make sandwiches put them into the tesseract, go back to the shopkeeper and repeat, repeat, repeat until you have enough royal sandwiches stocked up that you can munch on them whenever you get a little hungry on the trail. NARAYAN: But it's a FUN skill! AND, I'm not certain we have discovered all of it's secrets yet.

I don't think any of the skills are a "waste". To each his own. I'm sure if people have a couple of different characters each they won't all have the same skills. P.S. I didn't say I could make a royal sandwich anytime. I said I had a piece of cheese so I could make it. Then I said I could make something with the royal sandwich, but that I can't say what that is or I would be giving something away

As far as I know Xaa created this game as complete warlands.I mean no need of anyone else ,not even shopkeepers.Almost everything is crafted. The warriors in battle fields are concentrated to win the fight not to get tasty food as royal sandwich.I have seen lots of time that white knights are killed just for horsemeat.Just compare the mushroom bread and royal sandwich.People are forced to eat that in warlands. The only difference in these food I found that players are sometimes do more often critical strike if they have large food in their inventory like cheese.
Yes ,you are right at this point. Now you have created a point for me to learn this skill and reveal its secrets.I will try this.

Yes ,you are right at this point. Now you have created a point for me to learn this skill and reveal its secrets.I will try this. Started a char last night for this specific purpose because it was the only skill I haven't tried yet, went with a Red Knight because I haven't tried that either. Let's see where and what we get. ;D

Correct. A player character with the right skills never needs to visit a merchant. Visiting a merchant can be easier though.

Yes, it can be easier. It is still nice to know though, that you won't be up a creek without a paddle if there aren't any merchants around.
