I know that this will die quickly, but I felt like making it anywho. This has happened to me on two occasions in different SP games. I've also destroyed the rock to find another one in its place, but I lost the screenie for that.

I don't see a screenshot. Perhaps you could try again?

What's happening is you are using the wrong link when you upload an image. That is the http:// link that people click to see the image. If you want a thumbnail to appear, use the thumbnail code they provide when you upload the image.

Imageshack doesn't seem to be providing thumbnail links at the moment.
Anyways, the link I posted works for me.
Why does this damage happen?

Imageshack doesn't seem to be providing thumbnail links at the moment. Well, if you submit a .jpg, you'll get a thumbnail. That's a .png If you mean "why is the health of the crystal going down", the answer is "because you are beating on it." Please remember I made LoH several years ago, now, and I know a lot more about modding for DS now than I did back then.

After one smack it went down from 9999 to 360. It didn't take any continual beating on it. The only reason my characters are attacking it in the screenshot is for experience.
But, if there is no logical explanation, I'll leave it as that.

Nope. You shouldn't be getting experience, either, but that's as may be.

I guess this qualifies as a *bump* for this topic, but it IS named the Screenshot thread, despite there being so few in it. Anyway, this one's an update to my old one at Siege Network. I'm now getting to the point where I spend less than 10 minutes from the death of Lactri to the next death of Lactri, and so far I haven't ran across any decent staff for my mage. The best staffs she has right now are the Staff of War and a +3 to mana regen staff...

Lactri doesn't drop the best staves, Fury does. Gah, and I recently switched over to Lactri-runs instead of Fury because I re-read some posts on SN where people said the chance for such drop was better with Lactri... Thanks for telling me, though. Back to Fury-runs it is ! ;D Oh, on a sidenote, I managed to take off another second of the time shown in the screenshot in my post above. I'm still going to try to get a time under 3 minutes, after a few Fury-runs.
